JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist chef in all food preparations as required

• Responsible for all culinary duties, including productions, preparation, cleaning, opening setup, and closing

• Ensure hygiene policy and standards are fulfilled and followed strictly

• Ensure cleanliness in the kitchen

• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Basic Food Hygiene cert

• Experience in using cutting tools and cookware
