JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Full spectrum of HR operations across the organization – Recruitment, Payroll, Work pass applications, Compensation & Benefits, Welfare, Performance Appraisals, Induction & exit clearance, etc.

  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees

  • Implement performance review procedures (e.g., quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)

  • Develop fair HR policies and handbook and ensure employees’ compliance

  • Researching compensation standards set by industry and governing bodies in order to create salary structures and administer employee benefits

  • Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues

  • Ensure timely & accurate submissions in all government and related claims, e.g., CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS makeup claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters etc.

  • Other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in related discipline with minimum 5 years of relevant experience

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Familiar with MOM regulations and HR practices

  • Ability to make sound decision in a timely manner, work under tight deadlines and pressure

  • Good analytical mind and displays keen insight into data, using them to address issues and find solutions to work challenges

  • Possesses a high degree of confidentiality
